A small, fortunate area rich in green meadows, unspoiled woods, soaring peaks, pure mountain streams and the glaciers of the Brenta Dolomites where cool, clear water springs. The Dolzan family has upheld the tradition of artisanal distillation for over 170 years right here in this beautiful setting, dedicating great care and respect to nature and ancient mountain crafts such as high-altitude cultivation of barley.

Whisky Passito di Pantelleria

This mountain whisky has been aged for long seasons in oak casks and then further matured in casks previously used to age the exceptional passito wine from the beautiful Mediterranean island of Pantelleria.

BARLEY high-altitude cultivation
AROMA: sophisticated and intense with pleasantly fruity hints of ripe and candied citrus fruits, enriched with sweet almonds and acacia honey notes.

TASTE: especially delicate with a nice floreal and fruity bouquet and a light minerality on the finish.
