MATERIA PRIMA:
Moscato giallo, Traminer and Müller Thurgau grapes; select, fresh, unblemished, destalked, resulting from gentle pressing, still dripping with must.

Valle di Cembra and Valle dei Laghi.

FERMENTAZIONE:
At controlled temperature, using select yeasts, taking into account pH and acidity, careful monitoring of the temperature range and avoiding contact with air.

DISTILLAZIONE:
Batch distillation carried out in special exclusive copper stills, after which heads and tails are discarded. Slow distillation process, to allow correct evaporation and subsequent condensation of the volatile components that are responsible for the final product’s fragrances and aromas.

AFFINAMENTO:
Minimum six months in sterile stainless steel containers.
|

|
COLORE:
Bright, crystal clear, transparent.
|

|
PROFUMO:
Fine, fragrant, intense, pleasantly fruity, characteristic, elegantly delicate, with marked floral and aromatic associations.

GUSTO:
Smooth, gentle, refined, with aromatic connection between nose and mouth; it is a truly unique product.

DEGUSTAZIONE:
Before tasting, allow the grappa to rest for a few minutes in its glass – oxygenation helps exalt the perfumes and balances the harmony between nose and palate.

Special small, bellied Pyrex or crystal glass with medium-sized mouth.

QUANDO BERLA:
As an aperitif, as a refresher in between fish and meat courses, in espresso coffee, as a cocktail ingredient, sipped at the end of a meal or at any time of day as a source of true pleasure.

ACCOSTAMENTI:
For new and refined sensations, pair it with dark chocolate, cheese, dried fruit, honey; in the kitchen, add it to fruit salads, desserts, ice cream and on meat.
